I have the Iris as well as the Standard stainless steel cages. I've got them both installed on my Rivendell steel frame.. and I LOVE them! They fit nice and snugly and look amazing. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for making these solid products.

Like all my Ti ing Cages (I have three others), this one has the same superior design and indestructible Ti. The design allows me to put a bottle on the bottom of my downtube perfectly.

The flat top cage works great for my Kleen Kanteen bottle.I have 7 king cages on various bikes ( Iris and the standard).
They look equally good on my vintage Trek and my son's modern mountain bike.

You pay a little more for these cages, but they are worth every penny! I first put King Cages on a Serotta back in... well lots of years ago, after I dropped both bottles going over some rough railroad tracks on a group ride. Since switching I never dropped a bottle. I sold that bike awhile back, and after I acquired another Serotta, my only choice for cages was King! They are only slightly tighter when removing/replacing a bottle during a ride, not really noticeable.

Love the simplicity and durability of these mounts. Have them on all my bikes fat to road. Mounting at the top cap keeps the bottle above muck and spray from the wheels on a muddy ride. Even on a dry ride, there's a coating of dry dusty dirt all over the water bottles that needs to be cleaned off before a drink. I always rotate the bottle I am drinking from to the top to keep it clean and for easy access. Glad these exist.
