We suggest electrical tape or cloth rim strip to protect the frame or fork legs. Rubber inner tube will lead to clamp breakage. Tighten clamp after use.
Awesome little doohickies. Lets you run cages on a suspension fork or on a fork without brazed-on barnacles. You can use them for moving cage positions on a frame as well, and for giving you another bottle position below the downtube. This opens the door for bikepacking with a front suspension, and utilizing forgotten space on a frame. Solid construction, made in CO, well worth $6.
I love my Kona Dew Drop. It fits me perfectly and rides like a dream. It does not have a lot of braise ons for bike camping racks and bags. The universal support bulbs were perfect to add fork racks and pump mount.
Creative way to attach many types of cages on various tube diameters. Water bottle cages, small pannier/bags, gear attachments, etc.. Measure carefully..buy several. Always wishing for more.
Great for boss-less tubes, you can put these suckers anywhere—as long as you order the right size (very important). Cheers!
Simple, inexpensive, and effective.
