Meet our Founder - Ron Andrews

King Cage was founded in 1991 by Ron Andrews, who began his journey into the world of bicycle accessories while working at One Off Titanium. When a customer requested a titanium bottle cage, Ron accepted the challenge — and he's been crafting them ever since. The company introduced its stainless steel cage in 1996, expanding its lineup with the same attention to quality.

Ron’s bicycle manufacturing career began in 1988 at Fat City Cycles. Before launching King Cage, he honed his skills at several renowned brands, including Ibis Cycles, Merlin Metalworks, Jo Breeze Cycles, Ted Wojac Cycles, and Yeti Cycles.
