Terms & Conditions

For orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. A return shipping label must be provided by the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Orders that have not yet shipped will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. Requests submitted over the weekend will be processed within 48 hours.
